3. Donations and Purchases
Purchasing products or making donations via the Website is subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once a transaction is processed successfully, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

Accepted payment methods include valid Israeli credit cards processed through secured systems in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Shipping of physical products, when applicable, is performed via courier or registered mail. Delivery is expected within 14 business days, but delays may occur due to external factors.
4. Cancelations and Returns
In accordance with Israeli law (Consumer Protection Law, 1981), you may cancel a purchase within 14 days, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of payment.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed after return and inspection of the product.
No returns accepted on downloadable products or opened items that can be duplicated or copied.
